License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App for personal relaxation, focus, and sleep assistance.

Credits & In-App Purchases

• Credits are consumable digital items used inside the App (e.g. HD share saves, extra mix templates).
• All purchases are processed by Apple. Prices are shown in the App Store at checkout.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable except as required by Apple or applicable law.
• Product IDs: com.SleepWhiteNoise.lv1 through com.SleepWhiteNoise.lv6.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any unlawful manner. The App is a utility tool only and does not provide medical advice.

Audio Content

Ambient sounds are provided for personal use. Microphone mixing captures environment audio locally on your device.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
